Getting Back in Gear!
Yesterday I got my butt up and going and did the Cardio Power and Resistance.
My muscle definitely resisted to every cardio move Sean T threw at me.
And it pretty much destroyed me.
Today I woke up with absolutely positively no interest and no motivation to do anything at all.
Thank goodness for Rose!
She was getting ready for her workout and sent me a fb post reminding me that I need to do mine.
And even though I really absolutely positively did not want to I got off my lazy ass and did the Cardio Recovery.
Which was just another reminder of how out of shape I am. I would have to hold a position for twenty seconds and my muscles would shake so bad and threaten to topple me over! Oh no!
But I finished it and I'm done and I'm trying to get myself mentally ready and prepared for the Pure Cardio workout I have to face tomorrow.

Poop.
Today I woke up with legs that were beyond sore. Even with the simplest moves my body refused to cooperate. So instead today is about comfy pajama pants and Gossip Girl on netflix. And tomorrow when my legs come back to life I'll get back to kicking ass!!!!

Man, I am boring.
Okay, so day two of Insanity is a semi-success. I completed the Polymetric Cardio Circuit and all I can say is screw you Sean T. I could only do about half of the work out the way I was supposed to..
When it got to the third rep and they're at speedy gonzales speed I was still at the beginner speed. It was ridiculous.
Then was a whole group of reps where it was all in push up position....Yeah....I may or may not have face planted.
I did my best through the whole stupid workout. And got all super sweaty and gross and nasty.
*Drum Roll Please*
And I didn't even puke!!!! Yay Me!!!!
Now I'm going to go watch Smash and read my quilting book.
I already took part in my productivity for the day.

Sexiest Wife Ever
This morning I stepped on the scale and it read 150.2
Gross
When my husband and I moved in together in September I weighed 135. I told him then that if I hit 140 again I'd take care of it and if I hit 150 he'd have the right to say something. Luckily for me he left for yet another CG trip this morning so I have about 2 weeks to remedy this before he gets home and starts another one of his absolutely crazy low carb kicks.
I found a million excuses to procrastinate this morning.
Eventually I showered. Dug out the sports bra and got my game face on.
As my way of trying to fix the situation I decided to get out the Insanity I absolutely begged for promising that I would do them and would become the sexiest wife there ever was.
I kept saying I was going to wait and start it after our transfer out to Texas.

I put in the fit test and jumped and squatted about 3/4 of the way through before I puked my guts out.
